The residential life office staff consists of two coordinators of residence life, nine student life advisors, two student affairs assistants, and several desk assistants. The coordinators of residence life and student life advisors are residents of the students' living and learning community, residing along with the students in the residence halls.

Advisors serve as advocates and mentors for their residents, refer students to appropriate campus resources, and enforce the various standards of our code of conduct. All members of the residential life staff work collectively to create a welcoming and supportive living-learning environment for our students.
