    An Evening of Voice at LSMSA

    CPT - Center for Performance & Technology - Recital Hall - T104
    Evening of Voice is an annual LSMSA tradition where our vocal students can showcase what they have been working on all semester. The students, who have trained under the direction of Mr. Gregory Wascoe, will sing a variety of genres, including classical, jazz, and even musical theater tunes! The Center for Performance & Technology (CPT) is located just to the west of the High School Building. Plenty of free parking will be available nearby.

    Emma Wale Senior Vocal Recital

    Emma Wale is an amazingly talented actor, dancer, and singer. In this recital, she will sing solos with the accompaniment of Dr. Charles Jones on piano. The Center for Performance & Technology (CPT) is located just to the west of the High School Building. Plenty of free parking will be available nearby.

    Chorale & Mixed Ensemble Spring Concert

    CPT - Center for Performance & Technology - Recital Hall - T104
    The Chorale & Mixed Ensemble Spring Concert will be presented in the Center for Performance & Technology (CPT) on Sunday, May 5 at 4 p.m. and on Monday, May 6 at 6:30 p.m.
     
    The concert will begin with a performance from LSMSA's Mixed Ensemble conducted by Dr. Al Benner. This year’s ensemble consists of nine musicians, and the concert will be Dr. Benner’s final concert prior to his retirement.
     
    The LSMSA Chorale will sing under the direction of Mr. Gregory Wascoe. LSMSA Executive Director Dr. Steve Horton will sing with the chorale. The Center for Performance & Technology (CPT) is located just to the west of the High School Building. Plenty of free parking will be available nearby.

  • Retirement Celebration Honoring Dr. Al Benner, Jackie Jacoby, Joycelyn Miller, and Nurse Mary Teekell

    CPT - Center for Performance & Technology - Recital Hall - T104
    LSMSA will host a public retirement ceremony at 3 p.m. on Thursday, May 9 honoring Dr. Al Benner, Jackie Jacoby, Joycelyn Miller, and Nurse Mary Teekell. The reception will be held in the Center for Performance and Technology (CPT), beginning with remarks in the Recital Hall and concluding with refreshments in the lobby. Friends and family members of our retirees are invited to take part.
     
    The CPT is located on the west side of the LSMSA High School Building. Plenty of free parking is available nearby.
