Lenny Richoux

Lenny Richoux (’85) joined Modern Technology Solutions, Inc in 2023. He brings MTSI’s engineering solutions to difficult national security problems with a focus on hypersonic aerospace, data architecture, and flight test.
Lenny served in the United States Air Force, retiring as a Major General in 2022. His last position was as the Director of Manpower and Personnel for the Joint Staff. As a command pilot he logged more than 3,200 flying hours in C-17 and KC-135 air mobility aircraft. Lenny commanded the 17th Airlift Squadron (combat), 6th Air Mobility Wing, and the Joint Enabling Capabilities Command. Lenny served on multiple strategic staffs, including six Pentagon tours, US European Command, US Transportation Command, and NATO.

He received a bachelors from Georgia Tech and masters degrees from George Washington University and Air Command and Staff College. Lenny was a Fellow at the Center for a New American Security, Washington, D.C. He donates his time to the local Washington DC community supporting youth programs and serves on several boards.
