Official Transcripts
Official Transcripts must be sent directly from LSMSA to the destination of your choice. These are typically required for college applications, internships, and scholarship processes. If you need an official transcript, please submit a transcript request through Naviance or by talking to your college counselor.
Unofficial Transcripts
Current students may download Unofficial Transcripts from myLSMSA. They are not signed and do not have the school's seal. Please be sure that the institution will accept an unofficial transcript.

LSMSA Graduates & Former Students
Requests for replacement diplomas and/or transcripts after graduation or withdrawal from LSMSA are processed in the Registrar’s Office. There is a $10.00 fee per transcript and $15.00 per diploma which can be paid online or by mail via check.
The Transcript Request Form and the Request for a Replacement Diploma must have your signature. Electronic signatures are not acceptable.
Please allow a minimum of 3-5 business days for processing. Additional processing time may be required during holidays, advising/registration at the beginning of the semester, final grade processing, and/or unforeseen system problems.

Louisiana School for Math, Science, and the Arts (LSMSA) is the preeminent state-supported residential high school with competitive admissions for Louisiana's high-achieving, highly-motivated sophomores, juniors, and seniors. As a public school, there is no tuition to attend, and assistance from the LSMSA Foundation ensures the program is available to all qualifying students regardless of family financial need.
