Join the Alumni Association for lunch in the cafeteria. We couldn’t get good crawfish prices, but Chef Tom and his team are planning quite the feast!
Menu includes: red beans and rice (with and without sausage); chicken and sausage gumbo; shrimp fettuccini; salad and fruit bar; sides of potato, corn, green beans, and rolls; and desserts of pecan pie, cake, and brownies. Cash bar.
