Join the LSMSA Alumni Association for lunch in the cafeteria. We couldn’t get good crawfish prices, but Chef Tom and his team are planning quite the feast! Menu includes: red beans and rice (with and without sausage); chicken and sausage gumbo; shrimp fettuccine; salad and fruit bar; sides of potato, corn, green beans, and rolls; and desserts of pecan pie, cake, and brownies. Cash bar. Cost to attend is $40 per person or $17 for vegetarian options only. Online ticket sales coming soon.
